Jaime Avila: President and CEO
Jaime is a Global Commodity Trade Executive with diverse experience in ferrous, non-ferrous, OCC, High Temperature Alloys, Plastic and Electronic waste trade. His expertise includes recycling plant establishment and management, global sourcing and sales organization.

Jaime possesses the vision to grow a recycling company by implementing new business methods that have been foreign to the recycling sector. His passion includes creating a sustainable planet, therefore all processes implemented at Elite Recycling Services lead in environmental standards.
He has been a driving force in the environmental push to "go green" even before ecological awareness was promoted. Jaime is always looking for new ways and channels to recycle as many items as possible; therefore, reducing our landfill waste responsibly while creating a revenue stream for his clients.
Jaime is paving the way for Elite Recycling Services to be a leader in the recycling market. He has positioned the company to be part of the new vision to what was once considered a scrap yard setting. In today's environmentally aware climate, Jaime is promoting a new atmosphere to recycling by creating a company that is accessible to the everyday person who is interested in making a difference while providing a "One Stop Recycling Solution" to the Corporate and Industrial Manufacturing sector.
Jaime holds a certification from San Jose State in Sales and Marketing.
Marta Martinez: Chief Operating Officer
Marta has an expertise in Business Management, where her expansive experience has been extended to some of the Bay Area's largest high tech firms: Pure Software, IBM, BMC Software and AirFlash.
Marta's career began as a Software Analyst working directly with Engineering Development prior to moving into Managerial positions. She has a track record of resolving extensive analytical issues as well as designing and implementing corporate processes and procedures with a specialized emphasis in recruiting and training personnel. Marta's Business Management accolades include international experience in where she has established subsidiaries in London and Germany.
Marta holds certifications in Unix Administration from University of Santa Cruz, and Human Resource Management from San Jose State University. Her experience in business management is continually enhanced by ongoing coursework from the San Jose Entrepreneur Center and as a Key Executive member of Vistage.
Marta shares her passion for recycling as the Chair for the City of Milpitas Energy and Environmental Sustainability Commission.
